Hello saqi. Sorry to hear you're having these problems. Did you double click on the drivers to see if that opens/installs them? As an alternative, I don't know if this will help you but you could try letting Windows 7 update those three drivers in your first screen shot. Right click Ethernet Controller. You should get a menu with the option to update driver. Click on that and you should get a new dialog box that gives you two options: search the internet or browse your computer.

If you know where the Dell drivers are saved on the computer you could point to the saved ethernet driver and see if it will install. If that doesn't work you could use the option to search the internet. Hopefully one of those options will get the driver installed. Then right click the PCI Simple Communications Controller and follow the same steps. Finally, right click the SM Bus Controller.

Please post back to let us know if you could get the drivers to install. Others might benefit if this provides a solution for you.

Thank you very much for this reply.... but i got this problem solved.. the problem was when i open them they just unzip and nothing occur so the unzip file goes into local disk C -> Dell -> drivers folder so from there i installed them properly. and now there is no problem and this type of things occur in many drivers in Dell.
