I need to use an old Integral SM card reader but I seem to need a driver for W7 please ?

Im a new user looking for a specific SD card driver. Im on a Windows seven Acer Laptop. I've poked around the site so I think this Hardwar Id should be helpful(USB\VID_069B&PID_3004&REV_0001), I just dont know how to use it myself lol. any help would be greatly appretiated.
