    Ok... how about this solution:

    use a signed driver.
An appropriate response to inappropriate behavior.

    To the OP:

    Is this a solution?

@superbean: If that were an option I would obviously do that ;p

@Antman: Had not heard of this in my google-fu searching (probably due to it being called VistaBoot ;x), but it took three seconds of searching via their website to find this:

##The ability to disabled 64-bit drivers was originally included, but was disabled by a Microsoft Update. This will be fixed in the next version of VistaBootPRO.

    VistaBootPRO - About the Program

Theyre speaking Engrish, but you get the picture. Looking into it further yielded unfavorable results. The latest post on their forums regarding this issue was in May 2009, in which it was stated that they're "working on it" for a future release. Which to this date has not come yet.

Celeras Why exactly do you need Driver Signing enforcement turned off? IF its for vmware server that problem doesn't exist like it did in vista x64.

To use an unsigned driver for Sixaxis DS3 on the PC, there are no signed alternatives.

Thanks for trying, but you gave me links to the drivers I already said I was using, and dated methods I already said didn't work anymore in the original post

    I appreciate the effort though

OK i cant just skip this over, i was trying to do the exact same thing this tool is doing the ps3 six axis thing on my win 7 64 bit, i did this in a command line window

Open a command prompt as an admin and type

    bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

    bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

Now it says testing in the bottom right
    Test Mode
    Windows 7
    Build 7600

THIS WORKED PERFECTLY, and has been working just fine for a very long time, so any one who may need help with this SAME EXACT PROBLEM this person is having...THIS ACTUALLY WORKS, dont listen to anything this tool has been saying. Hope this helps others who search for this...

I use that two, but wouldn't want to permanently disable driver signing just for that purpose. It's not like it's a real chore having to press F8 at every startup.
