    GTX 285 / lcd TV 32 inch / HDMI-DVI

When i use the latest Nvidia driver there is a problem, even after i set HDMI - HDTV audio disabled in Nvidia Control Panel.
Is like a sound ( buzz ) only when i use the mouse scroll. But with the penultimate Nvidia driver, is no problem ( i use now the driver version Nvidia 285.62 and the latest version is 296.10 )
My graphic card is GTX 285, connected to the LCD TV with a cable DVI-HDMI.
I wonder if i could use the latest driver ( i'd really want that ) and to get ride of this noise / buzz on the tv speakers.
Do you have any idea ?
    Thanks in advance.

    Stereo,

Perhaps this is a question best asked of Nvidia, as it would be their driver causing the issue. Do the noises come from the monitor or the speakers? Make sure windows is completely updated, and you might try installing the most recent driver for your mouse to see if that helps at all. type "device manager" into the start menu search bar and click it. If you see any yellow exclamation marks due to a missing driver, try to search for the driver from the internet.

    They can help me, neither.
    That's annoying.

If I use version 296.10, my tv card doesn't work in WMC.

If I roll back to version 285.62, it does.

The moral here is that NVIDIA's latest driver is not necessarily the best and it's sometimes better to stick with what you know does work.

I thought it´s recommended to have always the latest drivers.
