    Asus P5K (network card)

Hi guys a couple of months ago I tried Windows 7 but I had to change back to vista due to a Asus P5K inbuilt network card problem, for some bizarre reason it would restart my computer randomly when using anything heavy on bandwidth.

Does anyone know whether or not this has been solved?

The get the nic card working in windows 7 32/64. uninstall the atheros L1 card driver that windows defaulted and install the 32 or 64 bit vista driver on the Asus disk. Right click the setup file in the x86 x64 folder and run compatibility mode with windows XP service pack 3 . and its done works great no issues
