stormy13: good points, we'll be building out our download links and add a changelog. We also have an XML PAD file ready to help notify people when we change things on our end.

Yeah, that's something I'd like to see, instead of when you click the update this driver button it just opening the file for you to download it, it would good to have it open a web page with a information blurp about the driver and a download link. Since you say your focusing it on helping moms, that should help them to know if they should install it.

If you can get it work for my Mom, then you have a winning product. Keep trying!

I am just wondering because I have a windows 7 64 bit CD and the operating system I am running is 32 bit so I just want to know if windows 7 support both version.

i have 9 errors apparently with what ever software i use to check. but to fix the errors ive got to pay a stupid amount of money to fix, EVEN tho they SAID it was FREE. Anyone know of a FREE program to fix these 9 driver issues
