Windows 7 doest not support that card, time to upgrade or go back to XP

seeing as it is the last driver Nvidia made for it. Have you tried installing it using compatibility mode?

If that doesn't work you can try installing it manually through Device Manager,

You will have to use something like 7zip,

7-Zip

to extract it first.
