you Dont need any software for your motherboard can you provide a picture for what you are talking about you Probably just have a Old Motherboard with no Smart Features as for your Video card Driver issue here is a link just click Agree and download once downloaded CUT and PASTE it to your desktop open it and do a Custom install Only Select Driver Update and Graphics Driver Any 3d options or Phsyx Leave them unchecked select the box on the bottom and install it "NOTE
DO NOT HAVE EVERREST OR ANY GPU MONITORING PROGRAMS OPENED DURING THE INSTALL" make sure they all are closed by checking from the task manager
Edit here is the link - http://www.nvidia.com/content/Driver...s&type=GeForce

I Don't think you understand correctly About the Sound Are you using the Realtek High Definition For Your Audio or are you Using Nvidia HD Audio for sound like i mentioned you can Check By Right clicking your Sound icon in the Superbar on the Bottom Right and Clicking "Playback Devices" do You have Realtek High Definition Set As the Default Device?

ok Assuming you have you Video card driver installer downloaded and on your Desktop Go to uninstall and Remove in this order*NOTE Do NOT Restart Until All Are Removed*
-3D Vision Controller Driver and the Driver
    -Nvidia HD Audio Next
    -Phsyx next
then Remove in this Order ("Nvidia Drivers",Nvidia Update 1.7.11,Nvidia Graphics Driver)
then Restart if Windows Begins to Download a Driver Let it Finish After it Finishes it May ask For another reboot if not Reboot a 2nd time anyways Then after 2nd Reboot open the Installer i Linked you Earlier and Select Custom Install and Only Checkmark "Nvidia Graphics Driver" and "Nvidia Update 1.8.15 and Select the Box on The Bottom and do Next and Install and as i mentioned Do NOT have Everrest or any Monitoring Software Open During Install
