I just got an update for my HM65 chipset. It might have just been for the video drivers...not 100% though.

    Thought I would share.

Edit*......It wasn't just released or anything, so it must have been an update I missed earlier. False alarm I guess. Sorry.

I find the Intel site a little confusing to download from, like for Intel desktop board drivers they seem to only list their model boards so how do I know which one to download?

    Hi,

    Intel or Asus.

Intel usually has the latest then Asus follows slowly.

Go to the Intel support area for the P 67 chipset, NOT a motherboard area.

I can only see an automatic update utility, is that what you mean?

I downloaded and ran "INF update utility" and it installed OK and prompted to restart, after which I checked device manager and found 9.2.0.1026 listed but I thought the latest driver was supposed to be 9.2.0.1030?

    Here is 1030:

Once installed, you don't have to continually update it.

Should I install the 9.2.0.1030 driver, as while I'm installing it the program tells me that I've got newer 9.2.2.1029 driver?

I find this quite confusing as the release date for the 1030 is after 1029, and as 1030 seems newer than 1029, although on the other hand the other is 9.2.0 and the other is 9.2.2...

    Which one should I have?

    (My Chipset is Intel® HM55)

    Thanks for posting the link.

That was actually the one that I downloaded and installed earlier.

I'd leave it alone. You don't have to obsessively update this driver.
