Problem installing AMD driver. Windows cannot verify digital signature

    Good day everyone!

I recently noticed that my graphics for Fallout 3 are quite choppy and particle effects are pixelated, so I went and checked for new drivers for my ATI radeon 5570. I downloaded the auto detect driver utility on AMD's website and downloaded the appropriate package for my Windows. I follow their installation guide to upgrade from older drivers and launch the "Express install" option.

My problems starts here, I get a 50/50 chance that, while installing the display driver, the screen goes black and flash a couple of times followed by a BSOD (I don't have the details it disappear too fast ). The other half is that the drivers will go past the screen going black and flashing, but the display is set to 800 x 600 (the basic resolution). I restart the computer only to find that I cannot ajust the display past 1024 x 768 on my 1920 x 1080 supporting monitor. Going inside the driver manager -> displays, reveal that my 5570 is not working (the exclamation mark icon is visible) and that "windows cannot verify digital signature[...] Error code 52"

I've searched all over the internet for people with a similar problem but found nothing to help me. If anything, I've found that other windows machine with seven are able to install this particular driver without a code 52. For now i've rolled back to the old settings that worked before.

Can anyone assist? I'm running out of ideas.

    Cheers!

Download the catalyst software suite save it to your desktop then uninstall the current driver from control panel restart and install the new driver if a problem is still happening post back with the results.

It did fails at first, but strangely it worked the second time. Dunno why the guide on AMD is not working, but I'm glad you helped because it works perfectly now
