    If SFC found no more problems we can move on.
    Earlier it seem Catalyst wasnt properly opening is that problem still occuring? Can you please take a picture of device manager, Display Adapter. It should look like my attachment but your should have different wording instead of HD4650.
    > right click on computer>manage>Device manager> display adapter

    method 2
    > type in "Device Manager"

    Its exactly the same. Installing .NET 4 updates now, maybe that was it? :x

    Did you try what Chris has asked?

    Still unable to access the menus of CCC. Shows the blank panes again.

    Tried troubleshooting Aero again?
    Is there any error while you try to access the menus of CCC?

    Yep tried, same results.

    Could you give screenshots of all the programs installed in your computer? (in control panel, add-remove)

    We will give this one more go if it doesn't work I would suggest you stick with your original drivers.

    Remove the AMD drivers using driver sweeper Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper reboot.

    Search, download and install the drivers by filling up this section AMD Graphics Drivers & Software

    Post back results.
