    HP drivers

I am finding it totally impossible to load a driver for a new HP printer CP 2025DN on WIndows 7,
despite several attempts the system gets to the final stage and then 'unable to load device', as I am at an end for ideas, can you please assist?

Are you trying to install it via the USB or the network ?

Why are you using VARIOUS websites ? HP should be the only one to get the drivers from.

I don`t find anything for CP 2025DN, on the HP site, are you sure it`s correct

The DN denotes that it has network capabilities but it's still part of the 2025 series (in other words the same driver is used for all the 2025 models)

BrianNeely did you install the drivers with the printer unplugged from the PC and turned off ?

Initially the HP web site denotes the CP2020 series, it is only when you start downloading the suggested driver it defines the CP 2025 DN printer
