BSOD when trying to update nVidia Ethernet drivers.

Okay so I was having a BSOD problem that ANTHONY pretty much told me how to sort out, good right?

    No-

I downloaded the driver for it and then I got a message saying "The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are trying to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, and its integrity, and try again."

So I tried re-downloading, same thing.
Used a download manager, same thing.
    Run as Admin, same thing.

Then I clicked on my connection on the far right of my task bar opened up 'Properties' and then 'Driver information' Navigated through all the options till I came across "Search your computer for drivers" Or something along those lines.

Hit search and see the file I've just downloaded as the only file to select.

    SCORE!?

Nope, It instantly BSOD's me...Done it multiple times incase it was just bad timing but apparently not.

Could someone maybe shine a torch of help into the dark room which is my Driver problem?

    Thank's for reading.
