I installed the latest flash player version first from your link and then clicked on "Allow" per the above. Nothing has happened since...
For clarification, my version of Win7 Home Premium is: Service Pak 1, build 7601. Also, my system is a 32-bit, NOT 64- as I may have previously reported in error.

I did reboot and try the camera page again...same result: the only info that displays is:

FPS: 30

I get the same thing on my cam...
windows reconizes webcams as usb, even though theyre not.
for the driver from acer, yours is either suyin or liteon. rerun the utilty finder again for right driver.
But it looks like you at least get some kind of an image projecting from your cam? I get a plain, grey background...
