open start menu, as you start typing internet option look in the list that will come up and click in internet option then click advanced tab, down on bottom theres a reset, click it.

You need to use a browser that you can disable hardware acceleration.
Chrome doesn't feature a easy to find checkbox to turn it off that I know of.
Firefox does, along with IE
For IE
Gear menu for options > Internet options > Advanced tab >tick 'use software rendering instead of GPU rendering'
Firefox
Options >advanced>general> untick 'use hardware acceleration when available'
OK out of it, browse and see what happens....
