We spent some time with squonksc on talking and checking things but eventually we didn't fix it, at least not yet. So no progress so far at all. We came up with some solutions (if someone has some better idea please post here).

    1) Install win7 second time, let it install the default drivers and backup the WiFi driver.
    2) Try "REPAIR" option after boting from Win7 DVD.
    3) Making a clean install.
    4) Taking/backuping the driver from other 4965AGN + Win7 Prof x64 user (haven't found one yet).

Reinstalling whole OS might take much time however if both first and second options fails it will take even more time totally. I will try to fix it in one of given ways in 2-3 days and post the result in here.

If you see this, please contact me in MSN again, I thought of something we overlooked.

Thanks for the driver - I managed to find the default one for myself but still I appreciate the help.

We have solved the problem with squonksc. Drivers and services were all ok however the problem occured after trying to update 4965AGN driver. Uninstalling Zone Alarm solved the problem - now I can see wireless networks same as my WiFi card in ipconfig. Thank you for all provided help.

    Greets,
In my case uninstalling Zone Alarm solved the issue. Check "ipconfig /all" command in console (in my case it didn't show my WiFi card).

Do you have any software which could have modified network settings installed? Is WiFi turned ON (Fn+F11 on my M570RU), in Windows Mobility Center (Windows key + X) or is WiFi adapter enabled in Network Connections (here http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/2391/88654623.jpg).

    Regards

Thank you all for the troubleshooting you've done on this problem. I had the exact same errors/results as BarThu, but I don't have ZoneAlarm. However, it turns out that Kaspersky 2010 causes the same problem. I removed Kaspersky and reinstalled the latest drivers from the Intel website.... Presto! Just wanted to share in case anyone else is getting that "driver error" message while Kaspersky Internet Security is installed.
