I think those are just referenced when you go to install a driver, but if driver is already installed. It shouldn't affect anything i think.

Now it won't even pick up on the driver. After right clicking the multimedia video controller, and select update video driver, then browse to where the driver is, it says there is no driver found.

Are you selecting that the bt848.inf file?

It doesn't let me go any further then selecting the directory where the files are.

How did you previously install the driver?

The following are directions for using the auto setup feature.

    1: open command prompt
    2: type certmgr.exe /add Planetamd64.cer /s /r localMachine root
    3: rest with card setup

Do you think that maybe I should but all of the files that I received in the package at the C prompt and try running the above command again?

I did the above before but I had everything in the download folder and I entered everything in the search box/ command line entry box rather then type cmd and do everything from there.

Sure, also, if it doesn't work, maybe you should modify the inf for the other ati card, that could be why it isn't working.

I can't seem to get it to recognize it anymore. I don't know. I didn't mean for this to become such an ordeal. I guess I'll just have to remove the drivers and delete them, remove the card, restart the computer and start from scratch.

I've got to go now, but I will check back tomorrow as soon as I can and maybe do some research on this.

Thanks for the 32-bit Windows 7 drivers! Very much appreciated.

However, maybe you can help me "finish it all up"? Once the drivers and card were installed, I'm getting a black and white (fuzzy) picture and the audio is not syncing right. This is in Windows Media Center.

I saw you made mention of both of these issues in the thread.

Is there a link to a TV Tuner software application that I can use instead of WMC? Nothing I can find for this card has worked for me.

    Thanks.
