From your first picture there is the marking FQ1238 which means that your philips tuner is the FQ1238 MK5. I have not yet able to get that tuner working properly.

I managed to get the drivers to install for my card but now I need a program that will allow me to view my shows with the card under Windows 7 64bit. Do you have anything in mind that I could use?

That's great. You can try virtualdub, windows media encoder 9, adobe flash media encoder 2.5, kmplayer, those are just some. Are you using the tuner or the composite/svideo? By the way, did you use the installer or did you have to manually install the driver? Let me know if you need the actual download links for the above.

I'm trying to use the tuner. That's the problem I'm currently having now. Trying to find a program that allows me to change channels on the card.

I looked those up but after reading up on them, none seem to provide the ability to change channels. They either are just players for multiple formats or editors to make changes to your videos in addition to playing them.

Well for virtualdub, you choose the option, capture avi and then select your device and then you have options to select tuner and also the option to select channels.

I went ahead and downloaded virtualdub but am having trouble getting it to work after selecting the card. I'll work with it some more tomorrow. Are you familiar with using this program? I'll check back in tomorrow.

I am familiar with using the program. Let me know what you need help with. If you can post some screenshots of how it looks like, like what I posted above.

Here are the following screenshots. When I get to the second part for selecting video source, it says there isn't any video sources available. I currently have the coax connected to the card.
