LAPLINK v1.1 pc to pc file transfer usb driver

I have a LAPLINK v1.1 pc to pc usb cable, irunning windows 7 64bit but cannot find a driver compatible, Any help greatly appreciated

cant you install from the disc in compatibility mode

Already tried that, its an old cable and not found a vista driver even for it, looks like its a case of networking.
