If you click the Union Jack flag, the site comes up in English.

I installed the driver from CD that buyed with controller...
    XP seems...
I opened the Device manager and find there proprieties of this controller , there says : Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Name: Unknown Device Type:Universal Serial Bus Controlller
I noticed you haven't filled in all your sytem specs especially which version of seven your using 32 bit or 64 bit. this is very important cause if you installed the XP dirver and didn't use compatibility mode on a 32 bit OS you may only have the generic windows driver installed.
    Compatibility Mode

You may also have to trun of automatic driver install for windows before you unistall the device then reboot and re-install the drivers from the cd.
This will only possibly work if your running a 32bit OS.

I can't seem to find the tutorial on how to turn of automatic driver install so here's another way.unplug from the internet>un-install the device in device manager>reboot>go to device manager>update driver software>browse my computer>let me pick>have disk>browse to where the driver cd is and run the setup.exe file.

all's right! I've the same, i've checked and concluded that my device is too old and have not got up-to-date drivers for Windows 7. So, i find the answer, set up to my PC both Windows XP and Windows 7, it's working perfectly, no problems. And then i'm working i'm loading to Windows 7, but then i want to play games i'm rebooting to Windows XP! ....more than that some games does not work on Windows 7, and in compability mode, but now all is right!
