Ricoh Drivers for 7

My system is an E1505 Dell. Unfortunately, Windows forgot to tell me that this wouldn't be functional in 7. (Crazy right?) Well, now its not allowing me to go into sleepmode with out crashing and it randomly gives me a BSOD. So has anyone come across a driver for...

- Ricoh Memory Stick Controller
- Ricoh SD/MMC Host Controller
- Ricoh xD- Picture Card Controller
- Ricoh 1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller

AKA Embedded Ricoh Memory Card reader. I tried disabling them because I rarely use them but every time I do I get a BSOD.

Other than that 7 is pretty amazing.

I tried the dell drivers in compatibility mode and for some reason its still having issues. I can't even find the device on Ricoh's website.

I wonder if there is a tool to disable a device before windows starts up or shuts down.

I think that would work for now. I'd like everything to work, but I'd rather have the ability to put the computer into sleep mode so I can carry it from class to class. It might not be just a compatibility error. I've read up on some people have the same issue in Vista.

Thanks for the help so far ZigZag, I appreciate it.
