Driver for gamepad to enable vibration

I recently bought a new gamepad Relax R-VS08. It works well except for vibration. Can anyone give me any driver that supports vibration?

The manufacturers driver should support vibration? It may only work for games that support force feedback.

I had this Dual Vibration Gamepad driver for WinXP and it was working well. When I Upgrade to Windows 7, I re-installed the same driver for XP and it setup well, but it gives me this message " the controller is not connected" Please if there is any one would help me here
