DTMB BDA TV USB unable to start code 10

I've found to above device in device manager under Sound, Video, and Game Controllers since I've connected my iiyama Pro Lite PL2780H series monitor.

It has no built in TV tuner, but does have a built in USB2 hub which appears to be working OK.

The only other thing I can see in the driver is:

    DTMB BDA TV USB
    Manufacturer ALTOBEAM
    Can't Start code 10

I've used the iiyama drivers but W7 says " These are not the droids, sorry drivers .inf file, you are looking for"

    Any ideas ?

I've traced this to an IcyBox SATA to USB3 enclosure, which was working before. The new monitor was just a coincidence.

I updated the drivers to USB storage device, and the problem has gone. Hopefully for good (touch wood !)

I'm trying to remember, so you might have to improvise.
I went into device manager, selected DTMB BDA TV USB, selected properties, selected driver, selected update driver, select browse my computer for driver software, select Let Me Pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, uncheck show compatible hardware, and after that it's a bit vague.

I THINK I managed to get it to appear like that, or, just uninstall driver from device manager and then scan for hardware changes.

    Good luck !
