If you are logged on as administrator and still get the error 5 access is denied when trying to strat the services try the fix below for the DHCP client service again you will need to be logged on as an administrator:

Error 5: Access is denied. when you try to start the DHCP Client service - ITExperience.NET

For the others try this logged on as an administrator and open a cmd prompt and type:

net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice press enter
net localgroup Administrators /add localservice press enter

Please type exit after they succesfully complete and press enter and restart computer.

Also from your xirrus i see you are using channel 6 same as the network below please change the channel on your router to channel 11 and re-boot router.

Please let us know how it goes.

DHCP client and service control manager is shown from 12/14 onwards where some say access is denied while others say file cannot be found.

I tried the steps above and now DHCP client is started, however it still shows limited connectivity. Can I somehow do the same steps for computer browser and network location awareness as well as diagnostic policy

    that service is started

It seems like either services were removed or permissions were changed.

    In Elevated Command Prompt
    Code:
    reg save HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Dhcp dhcp.hiv
    reg save HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\tdx tdx.hiv
    reg save HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\AFD afd.hiv
Put the 3 hiv files in a zip file and post it. You can delete the files afterwards

    afd and tdx looks normal.

dhcp: contents is same as mine. But permissions on this registry is wrong!! "Local Service" and "NT SERVICE\dhcp" don't have access!
I send you my dhcp key as dhcp.hiv (zipped) unzip and put put it in C:\windows

    In elevated command prompt:
    Code:
    reg restore HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Dhcp c:\windows\dhcp.hiv
Succesufull? If successfull stop/start Dhcp service. Works?

    you may delete C:\windows\dhcp.hiv afterwards

Did you change the channel on the router to channel 11 if not please do so now.

Also please download the latest drivers for your wireless adapter card from the computer manufacturer or vendor website and install them.

in services sort the list on "state". Try to start all not already started services. Skip the services with "startup type" disabled. Some services start and stop again within a second but a popup will tell you that they did start and stop automatically because no service needs it now. That's okay!

Some services don't start because: Dependency service didn't start. So we have to solve the problem with dependency service first. Which services give this error?

Other services dont start because of other error. Give me the names of these services and the error message.

Give me all info you have!
