cannot launch Windows 7 ultimate sp1 64-bit because file wdfldr.sys

    Hi guys.
first of all.I want to say to everybody at sevenforums.com have a new year with luck and have fun with your family.
now I want to said that my wdfldr.sys had fault and here is information:
A problem has benn detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these step:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message. disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.
    Techinal information:
    *** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005,0XFFFFF88000F09114,0XFFFFF880009A9548,0XFFFFF880009A8DA0)
    *** WDFLDR.SYS- Address FFFFF88000F09114 base at FFFFF88000EFF000. DateStamp 4a5bc11a.
that is the full fault information of it. I think this is caused by driver.
i had visit a lot of pages. even in here i had seen a people have this fault too
    the path of it is:
    C:\windows\system32\drivers\wdfldr.sys
how can I fix this(give me an easy way to use in mini windows xp (ghost disc)and it had been tested)
    thanks.
    HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013
