Ethernet,Network,PCI and Bus controllers not working! need drivers or?

My Samsung NP300E5A-A08CA is showing yellow exclamation marks under other devices in Device Manager. I can't find or I'm not sure what drivers I might need. I didn't see anything that looked appropriate on the Samsung website. Anyways I can't get online using WiFi or Ethernet cable with my Samsung notebook but I have access to another pc. I was hoping to find the proper drivers and download them to a thumb drive then install on the notebook. I'm I newbie and not even sure I'm on the right track , I read somewhere to check to Bios first.. Not sure how or what I'm looking for. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Under the devices in device manager.
I want you to right click each and press properties, and go to the details tab. Next under property select it to read the "
device instance path. Copy and paste the path it outputs here once you have them Here is an example

    Network Controller PCI\VEN_8086&SUBSYS_50058086&REV_34\4&3B38F3F7&0&00E0

    Ethernet Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_C606144D&REV_06\4&1E07AABB&0&00E3

    PCI Simple Communications Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_C606144D&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B0

I somehow figured out the Bus Controller or at least it's not showing up with an exclamation mark :)

    Okay :)
    well for
    Ethernet Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_C606144D&REV_06\4&1E07AABB&0&00E3
=PCIe Gigabit Ethernet Family Controller by realtek

For the simple communications controller = something to do with the Intel core(s)

and for the network controller i am not so sure of. but if we can get the ethernet controller working, and connect the pc to the web i am pretty sure finding the other drivers will be much easier.

So here is what i think should work, i will put the easier installing driver in this link:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/sqly70tb4z...5_11232012.zip
Download it and then simply run the "setup.exe" found in the folder.
If this works, use an ethernet cable connect it to the laptop from your network router/modem and search for windows updates. If issues still occur report back.

The Ethernet Controller driver installed successfully but I couldnt connect my notebook to the internet because I'm currently using wifi with my pc which has built in WLAN through a public network. I tried to connect my notebook using Ethernet to my pc , they recognize each other but it keeps saying I can't connect to the internet unless it's a private network. I guess I'll have to visit my parents to use their internet connection unless you have any other ideas?

Okay, where did you buy it? Best buy?
Also sorry for my late reply.
I want to say it's this driver posted in this link below. I may be wrong, its a half chance. Give it a try, and see if your wireless comes back to life.
