HP Windows 7 32 and 64 bit drivers

I was just checking HP for updated drivers today and noticed that they are now starting to offer up Windows 7 drivers. Only lightscribe drivers for my laptop currently but anyone else might want to look and keep checking back for truly windows 7 drivers coming from HP.

    :)

Yeah, only lightscribe for mine as well. Well they also have the HP TV Software there, since the vista version didn't want to play nice with 7.

I did find a BIOS update after looking in the vista section (which should have been added to the 7 section to!)

my poor laptop has all kinds of driver problems, and I don't know which ones are updated or not and this thing has a lot. So when I am checking the site every day, I don't use lightscribe at this time can't afford the discs. Nothing new today for me.

HP has Win 7 drivers for several weeks! And Vista drivers should work as well. Do NOT just look at your laptop model in HP support center, but search the whole center using a single keyword, for example 'launch' for Quick Launch Buttons or 'synaptics' for touchpad. Then sort by date. You will find many drivers for Win 7 that will work for your model because of same hardware components.

I have an older nx6325, and every single driver is working since i installed 7 Ultimate x64 in late july. The only little problem was legacy ATI video driver for Radeon Xpress series. Problem was hopefully solved yesterday by installing 9.8 .

I have tried that route of drivers from other places, as I found out with my video drivers if I don't use what was made for this model laptop it doesn't work all that well. I am currently running all Vista 64bit drivers.

Well, I have an HP laptop from 2006, and none of the drivers I am using was made for this model.

Can you tell me which synaptics driver works for you. I tried a few but they were brutal.

    Thanks!

This one at the moment. It's not the latest release from HP, but it has the highest build number. Don't know what you mean with 'brutal'.
But why are you still using Win 7 RC? I wouldn't spend a second with improving an non final OS.
