i cannot switch on the bluetooth

    i cannot switch on the bluetooth


    hi guys
    actually i had this problem from 2 or 3 months.
    when i was pressing Fn+F3 keys the launch manager window was appearing to on or off the wifi or bluetooth
    but now it's not appearing it's show only wifi logo if it's on or off.
    before few days ago i download bluesoleil software i thought i will be able to switch on the bluetooth.
    after i install it driver software installation window appear

    firstly we need more information,
    what computer do you have, make and model.
    have you tried downloading the drivers from your manufacturers support pages?

    yea i tried downloading from acer support page
    but nothing happen

    In your screenshot you show your Windows 7 licence number. Please very urgently remove the detail as everybody and his uncle will be copying the licence and using it to activate illegal copies of Win 7.

    Thats VERY GOOD ADVICE there blueview. We have many many people viewing this forum, most don't sign up but just come here to seek help for issues. A certain percentage of them will have problems with activation and you giving out your license could be more temptation than some can bear.

    As for your problem we could use a little more information specwise. Have you tried manually installing the drivers?

    Only the product ID is shown and that is fine, it's not like showing the product key.
