How to install network adapter drivers on windows 7?

I just performed a clean installation of Windows 7 Home Premium. The machine used to have Windows 8 but the user did not want that OS. Now that the OS is up and running I need to find out how to get the drivers needed on that machine. I can't even connect to the internet with it to download them from the laptop itself.

Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1
AMD E-300 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz
Installed memory: 4 GB
System: 64-bit OS

I would use a USB flash drive.

Go to the manufacturer's website, search by model number, get the chipset drivers. The network drivers usually included in the chipset driver pack.

Otherwise, as TwoCables suggested, you may opt for an USB dongle.

If we knew what machine you were working on we could post the link for the drivers, as Arc mentioned, we have nothing to go on. Help us out here.

Just download the network ( ethernet drivers ) from the pc you are using to communicate with us, put them on a flashdrive, then install them on the other pc.
