    download the vista drivers for the wifi and ricoh card and run in compatibility mode they are on the website
    Please follow this advice from Pebbly and use the tutorial below on how to install under compatibilty link below:

    the Ricoh drivers didnt fix it I hate putting newer OSs on older machines it just sucks
