If this is a new motherboard, the MAC address of the LAN chip on the motherboard is going to be DIFFERENT than the MAC address you had before -- and despite what they tell you, Comcast DOES use MAC address filtering. You will need to contact their technical support folks, who then will change your account with them to use your new MAC address. After that, when you reboot and connect to Comcast, it should issue you an IP address and you will be able to access the internet again.

Please verify that all your Network Services are Started.
Click on Start, type services.msc then press enter. • COM+ Event System (for WZC issues) • Computer Browser is set to manual • DHCP Client • DNS Client • Network Connections • Network Location Awareness • Remote Procedure Call (RPC) • Server • TCP/IP Netbios helper • Wired Autoconfig is set to manual(wired ethernet connections only). • Wireless Zero Configuration ( XP wireless configurations only) • WLAN AutoConfig ( Vista/7 wireless configurations only) • Workstation Also Download the latest Ethernet adapter card drivers form the computer manufacturer's website if a branded computer or from the motherboard manufacturer's website if a custom build. Also install all the drivers for your hardware not just chipset and Lan. |

From the cmd capture, it seems to be a dhcp issue (APIPA). Did you try ipconfig /release + ipconfig /renew?
