Print Spooler fails on every startup

    Hello everyone,

I am currently running a Lab in which we have a lot of systems and a lot of users connect to the same system. (via Domain).

Everytime they login, the printspooler crashes. Upon starting it, I can add printers.

I have tried a lot of fixes.

    1) I have deleted windows/system32/spool/PRINTERS and /drivers folder.
    2) I have deleted everything under HT_Local_Machine/system/currentcontrolset/control/print/environments/Windows NT x86/drivers/Version-3 and I have removed everything.(old drivers).

I am still facing this issue, if I can run the spooler, I can do everything else.

Is there any fix or can i start the spooler everytime I login?(just like a system service) without UAC blocking it?

    Thanks!

Did you turn off printer spooling service in Services.msc before deleting the files in those folders?
