Fujitsu drivers missing

    Digital can you run this command below

    Open up a command prompt . Click on the button type CMD , right click and choose Run as administrator . Input the commands below

    wmic csproduct list full
    Is this a Laptop or Desktop

    Ok, it is a Desktop, mate. And here what I got from cmd command:

    When I put FMVF56EDWZ as the Serial Number inside the Fujitsu support website under Drivers it doesn't locate anything .

    I understand. This is also the same issue I found out just now. I searched both drives IDs, but nothing I found...

    The weird thing is that these drives identified only by the Fujitsu Recovery cd/DVD from Fujitsu Japan, which I don't have...

    I believe eventually I will have to buy it to solve all my PC issues... And I guess it is the only solution left for me.
