How do I get my usb bluetooth to conect with my hearing aids?
I have a Windows 7 machine with no blue tooth
I am attempting to connect my blue tooth enabled hearing aids to listen through my Windows desk top.
The Phonak hearing aids blue tooth with Compliot device can connect with no problem to my iPhone, to my Apple laptop
I have a compilot device and it works fine to connect to my TV. I do not want to have to move it back and forth between the TV and the desk top w/o bluetooth.
I purchased a Rock fish USB blue tooth. The windows machine finds the Compilot but say it has no driver.
I called Phonak the hearing aid company they say they do not have a drive for it.
I called rockfish but they say their device is working and and no additional driver is available
I checked several forums but found nothing that will enable to my to connect my Phonak Compilot via the rockfish blue tooth.
I have checked for other devices I could buy but I cannot find one that says it is compatible with the hearing aids hook up. Perhaps they are but the do not list it it.
How can I get my windows desk top (without a built in blue tooth) to connect to my hearing aids?
