Fault Module Name MSVCR80.dll after downloading a movie file

what is the best solution for a corrupted drive MSVCR80.dll
because of this problem, my system is crashing and i use now safe mode
it says windows explorer has stopped working
problem event name: appcrash
application name: explorer.exe
this appcrash happened since i downloaded a movie file, in my disc C, downloads folder,
I was too wrong that pasted on my desktop
and now since every reboot of the system windows explorer stopped working
and i cannot do anything even in the safe mode i cannot delete the movie file,
i think it's some malware
please help me, it's frustrating !

Windows 7 Home Premium x64

First do a virus scan in safe mode.

Then go to this page: msvcr80.dll free download - (don't worry, that website can be trusted) and download the "msvcr80.dll fixer" and read the instructions on that page on how to use it. Please make sure you don't install/run anything after the tool does its work and prompts you to scan for further errors.

If this does not fix the problem, download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) here: Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Centre and install it and then reboot your PC.
