    hi

when you went to this site ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download R500A did you download and install the chipset driver? that should be installed first. did you try the lan driver from the site. did it install or give you an error?

When I did a new install and had that problem, I right-clicked on the items with exclamation points and clicked "Search for drivers." - on this computer.

    That solved it.

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums ... As stated you need to Install the Chipset Driver ... Also the Alcor Multi-Card Reader Driver ... As for the other two Devices select each one right click select Property's / Details Tab ... There should be some PCI VEN numbers there please Post them ....

As was requested in post #4, we need to see the "Hardware ID" for each of these problem items, in order to try and locate the correct driver from somewhere on the Internet.

You've now posted a screenshot from Device Manager showing the three missing driver hardware items shown with yellow exclamation marks.

For each of these three "other devices" problem hardware items which are missing their driver, right-click on each one of them, select Properties, select the Details tab, click on the "Property" dropdown list to reveal the entire list of choices, select the SECOND choice... Hardware ID. Then take a screenshot of the multiple lines of "Value" shown as Hardware ID and post it here.

We need to see the Hardware ID for each of the three problem hardware items, in order to help you find the appropriate driver to get the hardware working for you.
