MSI after burner- Cannot detect supported hardware

So for the past few days my driver has been acting up, my computer starts up in 800 x 600 resolution . I've tried resetting my BIOS, Downloading new Nvida driver and installing it and even rolling it back and now it's stuck on VGAsave.

Restarting it used to work, but now no matter how times I try reset it, it still won't work. I tried going to display drivers uninstalling then going 'scan for hardware changes' and then I reset it and nothing happens. I also did try downloading driver and window 7 updates but they don't down, they just stay at 0% which is very strange considering my download speed is 110 kb/s.

I don't know what else to do, help would be appreciated.

I would uninstall all video related drivers and programs, go with the basic win7 driver. Clean the registry, then install the most current driver for your video card Did you check the list of supported video cards on the MSI AB page? AB is one of the best gpu tools around.
