    Download the drivers I supplied . If the Other Devices doesn't change . Right click on the items choose Properties on the items with the triangle with the ! symbol . Inside the Properties window click the Details tab on the drop down menu under Property choose hardware Ids then take a scrnshot of that .

    Try and get the Realtek Lan adapter driver downloaded & installed. Reset you cable modem & router, then see if you are connected to the network & the internet.

    Did you do the other drivers I added ? Do everything but the Intel Display Driver
