Download the driver the previous poster linked to. (this is all assuming the correct file was linked to.) extract the exe (the trial of winrar will do this) and browse the extracted file to the vista64 folder. now, go to control panel and find the device that isn't installed. right click and select update driver. now tell it you want to browse to the driver. browse to the vista 64 folder and tell it to install the driver automatically. this should make your audio device work.

Since the installation has been confirmed counterfeit all support has stopped until a legal copy has been installed.

i cant do that, because i dont have legal copy of OS yet, im on a vacation right now, that's why i cant log in here often, but at the end of this monthm if extended maybe at the first week of the next month I'll be in manila, but idk what am i going to buy, that's why asked what is the difference between OEM and retail, or better, the upgrade version,

PS: i dont use my laptop(with illgegal copy of OS) anymore, i don't wanna be in jail,

What I would like to know is what is the difference between the cost of an OEM and an upgrade - that really is all the OP needs as I am guessing he will be keeping this laptop for some time.

I mean if he goes upgrade that means he will have to have some sort of system on it already to upgrade from and well as far as I am aware a copy of Vista is like trying to find hensteeth. I know I have been there done that for a few fixes I have had come in and it's always been either the original Vista gets sorted or a 7 OEM is put onto either the wiped drive or preferably a new one.

The fact that he has nothing of any consequence that I am aware of on this machine makes putting an upgrade on it a no brainer.

Think what you said in post#7 – “clearn install, that sounds better, i have my installationdisk(Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit), but one thing i want to ask, i dont have thecd for mobo, is it possible to download it?, TIA” also has me confused too mate what is that disk you have?? and if you have one does the optical drive not exist or not work??

    (too tired for allday activities),
im sorry sir i dont get your point,
    but to clarify the situation,
    here are the points:
    1. All im asking is what do you think the best OS for my laptop,
    2. I dont care the prize, all i want is to get my laptop back on its best state.
    3. The laptop was left in korea, there's no way i can use it.
    4. like i've said before, i have my installation disk 7 ultimate 64bit downloaded from the internet, and its existed and working, and activated it using loader, but it doesn't solve my sound and lan problem, that why i want the legal one,

*i dont hide anything, i've admitted it all from the previous post, i can fell it, your still doubting me, but i undestand, its okay, but if still that way until ill be in manila, maybe ill ask help to someone that can trust me, but anyway, thanks for everything, very much appreciated. Your a good samaritan,
