    Thermal Take Water Cooling 2.0


    I have a :
    ThermalTake Water 2.0 Extreme, High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler at Memory Express
    Windows 7
    Intel I5-3330
    8GB
    Ph77v-le
    120SSD
    1TB HDD
    3TB HDD



    I put the usb on the right slot and I tried using the software for Install Thanks

    Double check and make sure you are connected to a usb header. Some connections on the mb's look the same, it's an easy mistake I made once too.

    Okay, you are good there. Do you have settings in your BIOS to enable all of your USB's? Also try to reinstall the software

    Yah everything is turned on ,In the bios ,I already Reinstalled the softwares even downloaded from their website

    Call CS for a RMA, or return to the POP for exchange or refund..
