If it was me, I would try a system restore to 2 days ago, then un-install Razer Synapse reboot and try connecting it again. If it works then consider installing Razer Synapse again.
alright, I just finished restoring my computer and the LEDs on my mouse are on!! but the mouse still doesnt work. reinstalling synapse now

I give up then lol, I found this thread - Razer Deathadder 2013 help, stoped working completely - Computers - Computer Peripherals my last suggestion is to send it back and get something else.

Sorry I couldn't help you resolve it.

It looks like the guy in that thread tried pretty much everything including re-installing his operating system twice.

I can't think of anything else, maybe you got a duff one, who knows.

Perhaps try a the mouse on a different computer and see if it works, I don't know as much about mouses but my naga works fine as it automatically installed Razer synapse.

So yesterday I got a new Deathadder 2013, and when I plugged it in, windows tried to find the drivers, blah blah blah, and then it said that it was unable to find the drivers. So, being as it is the solution to everything, I just restart my computer and boom; the mouse worked after.

But today, when I start my computer, the mouse was once again, not working. After checking device manager, it told me that the drivers were missing. I've tried uninstalling the mouse via the device manager and plugging it back in, and restarting my computer to no avail. I tried the solution posted here Unable to install any USB devices as well.

I have however, tried to use the mouse on my other computers and that has proved successful. So, I was wondering if anyone knew where the mouse drivers are stored, if it works that way.

and I do have razer synapse installed.
Actually I just remembered you said in the first post that it worked fine on your other computers, what are the differences that you can think of? What operating systems were on the other computers? Did you have the Razer Synapse software installed on them? Did you have your other Razer product installed on them?
Maybe its an issue due to you having 2 Razer products installed on the one computer, did you have both connected at the same time?

Edit: Sorry, I understand the Blackwidow is a keyboard now, how about disconnecting that before connecting the mouse and rebooting.
I am clutching at straws really, but I guess its worth a shot.
