well, the easiest (in the short term, at least) way is to let windows update do it for you.

however, lots of people have reported problems with windows updating their drivers, so i always prefer to go straight to the manufacturers' websites, do a quick search for my particular product, and get drivers straight from the horse's mouth, as it were.

Depends on the Nvidia drivers in question ...

I let WU do that back in Vista, and one of the drivers was for my SATA controller on my motherboard -- and that totally trashed my drive!

Turns out the versioning was in error on the driver and what WU thought was a NEWER driver was, in fact, a much OLDER driver -- different enough that booting using the replaced driver caused filesystem corruption.

So now, while I let WU update stuff like networking drivers, I do NOT let it update SATA or IDE controller drivers until I do an image backup first.

The advice to get updates from the manufacturer's site is the best one.
