All drivers dissapeared, can't access pc (virus?)

Hey. Last week i was downloading mods for skyrim with the nexus mod manager. An hour later the files from one of the new mods goes "corrupt" and i had to delete it in order to make skyrim start. Shut computer down some time later and went to bed. The next day i start up my computer and i get about 60 windows warnings from skyrim mod files, all gone corrupt or missing (the error message said so.) The next thing i know my graphic card driver goes corrupt or missing, same with drivers for internet, keyboard and so on. Rebooted and i can't even get to the login screen before it bluescreens. (I can access setup options) but it seems something has killed all my drivers, including the plug and play driver on my dvd drive so i cant even reinstall windows with the cd. (Have not tried booting from usb.)

Anyone have some tips/hints on how i can maneuver around the problem to reinstall windows or something?

When i let the computer " start up normally" for about an hour i get to the login screen and i can log in, but neither keyboard or mouse works.

First of all, try rebooting and going into Safe Mode. From there, you should be able to either restore your computer to an earlier time (before the problem occurred) or start a fresh install of windows.
If that fails, go into BIOS, under the BOOT menu, and set your CD/DVD drive to primary boot device. Put in your CD and press F10 (Save and exit) then go in and format your windows. If that is a windows virus, then it should not prevent you from using your CDRom before the windows loads.
    Best of luck!
