Personally I prefer to know the details of my system and manage drivers myself, that way you're always in control. Hope you get your problem sorted though mate.

Just tried that brreaker - no luck
Put the ocx in a folder, for this purpose I will use a folder called C:\OCX\ where we place AlphaImageControl.ocx
click on the start button, then type in search "cmd" without the quotes. Right click cmd and run as administrator.
After that, execute this command
Regsvr32 /s c:\OCX\AlphaImageControl.ocx
Just a thought ... but if you're having this much trouble installing Driver Genius, do you really want to trust it for future recommendations? No disrespect intended. :)
Programs like Driver Genius are pure snake oil. Their sole purpose is to separate you from your $$. Don't waste your time ( or money ).
You may want to do a "whois" on ru-board.com before going any further.
ru-board.com is a development and troubleshooting forum, I went on it myself. I have no idea why it tries to put it in the program, and it seems highly suspicious to me, to be honest.
