    i buy him in pc shop.Its not official.Logo in receiver is Xbox 360

    Try unplugging it, plugging it back in and then installing the driver from here. Try a different USB port too, one you know that works.

    i get cd with soft and they dont work.All time write instaled driver is newest

    The disc that comes with the wireless reciever has usually got a very outdated driver on it. Try downloading the latest driver form here Software Downloads: Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows

    And try the receiver in a known working USB port as you still have drivers missing for your USB according to your last Device Manager screenshot.
