    The ATK package is a utility that does several things. Most of the utilities on my ASUS laptop require it to be installed for them to work. On my ASUS desktop motherboards I always end up with an unknown device with a similar description to what you posted. Manually installing the ATK driver fixes it. I see this thread is marked solved so you must have solved your problem.
