After installing Blackberry software mobile Disks no longer readable

    Hallo
I'm new in that forum. My problem is: I installed Blackberry link software and USB drivers. The synchronization of Blackberry with Outlook 2013 worked fin. But, since my extern hard disks are recognized but can't be read. I don't find them in the explorer, but the device-manger shows them. When I click on properties it is said 0 bites occupied, 0 bits free.
On other computers the hard disks can be read. I un-installed all Blackberry drivers and software, but the problem remains. What else can I do?

You could try a System Restore back to a date before you installed the Blackberry Drivers & Software.

Thank you for your answer. I had this idea myself, but because of an error it did not work. But I took an image 4 weeks ago (before BB) so I will install this. I hoped to find an easier solution.
