    Hi Sandeep,

I know how to manually load a driver, but the link I clicked on gave me a file download I have never seen.
csr-bthfilt-1.0.0.370-x64.7z - This is the file, i downloaded it, then used Winzip to unzip it, but I don't see
anything that looks or is identified as a driver. So when I try to manually load the driver, the browser just points to
that folder which has a "security catalog". no drivers. Kinda confusing. I was trying this driver link first, as the Bluesoleil software costs.
    Hi tsp2224,

Please download 7zip software to unzip the files. Check this link to download:

    Download

Then, try to update the drivers manually and check. Also, I understand it is paid software but by installing the same we would be able to isolate if it is just a driver software issue or problem with the bluetooth hardware only.

Please check both of them and post us with the results so we can advise accordingly.

This is the unzipped folder & then the opened folder....am I missing something?

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. If it is not picking up manually as well then this driver might not be compatible with your system.

Please install the Bluesoleil software and let us know the results of the same. Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.
