Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Not working

So I accidentally uninstalled the program and my driver stopped working. I went over to hp website to find the software and driver and installed but it does not work.

If this was recent do you have a Restore Point dated before you uninstalled the program?

Have you used the 'scan now' option on this page? Hopefully that should identify what you need.

Are you sure your host controller is a Renesas? The only USB drivers I can find on that page is for a Texas Instruments XHCI controller.

Most likely yes. The USB ports stop working when I uninstalled that program.

Right, did the Renesas program come preinstalled on your system? And what driver did you try from the HP website?

Can you download and run Piriform Speccy and post a screenshot of the system information it gives you, we need to find out what hardware you have to determine which drivers you need.
