USB Port error (Code 28)

    Your initial post indicates you're trying to plug in a Store N Go into a front port. I said does a thumb drive work in the ports?

    Store N Go is a usb thumb drive but it doesnt work with ANY USB DEVICE!!!

    Ok, what I want to know is if ANY OTHER DEVICE works in the front port(s). If it doesn't, the port(s) are toast. Replace them or use a different port for your drive.
